First day of schoolHi guys,
Today's my first day at school after the winter holidays. I've got all my modules (Thank God for that). All six of them, yup. Finally I can clear my extra module left hanging after my second semester in the first year cos I only took 4 modules in that semester which was such a stupid mistake.
Modules that I'm taking this semester:
1) PL2132 Research and Statistical Methods II
2) PL3236 Abnormal Psychology
3) PL3880A Issues in Developmental Psychology
4) PH1101E Reason and Persuasion
5) EL1101E The Nature of Language
6) GEK2506 Drugs and Society
My schedule (tentative - but most probably would stay the same)

I attended 4 lectures today. Drugs and Society's really interesting, so is Abnormal Psychology. But the Nature of Language (E-Lang for short) was pretty boring. Reason & Persuasion (an introductory module to Philosophy) made me sit up & listen to exactly what Plato and Socrates were like. I still haven't figured them out yet - but I suppose Plato is some complicated guy with a complex character who uses Socrates as his mask in his later days in the dialogues that he composed. Philosophy is full of contradictions that yet aren't contradicting at all at the end of the day when you look back and reflect - that's the gist of what Dr Hilbo said. Go figure.
